For any billing assistance, please fill out a support ticket.

At the time of subscribing, all teachers must accept Garbanzo's Terms and Conditions. Garbanzo does have a no refunds policy.


If you would like to discuss any billing matters, please include the following information in your support ticket for expedited assistance:

  1. Reason for billing assistance 
  2. Email address the account is registered under
  3. If your subscription was purchased with a PO
