I think I encountered a bug.

If you are experiencing a problem with the site (a bug or an error), please fill out a support ticket. In order for us to solve the problem quickly, include as much of the following information as possible:

  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Approximate date and time
  • Your email address associated with the account
  • Classroom name
  • Lesson name
  • Any student usernames/email addresses that experienced the issue
  • Device used (ex: Chromebook, iPhone 7, MacBook Pro, etc.)
  • Browser used (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.)
  • If possible: Screenshots or screen recordings of the issue

Our support team works around the clock to resolve user issues! By including the information above, we can more quickly duplicate the problem and determine a resolution.
