Occasionally, students skip a few steps in the signup process or get confused when filling in the required fields. This likely results in the system recognizing future attempts to create an account as duplicate efforts, and they will be unable to continue the process.

If one of your students created their account incorrectly, please fill out a support ticket.

Be sure to include the following information in your support ticket:

  • Student username
  • Student email address (or parental email if a minor)
  • What the suspected error was
